narrower, and have a slightly different feel. If you
have a wide foot, you may want to up the size a bit to make
sure the shoe fits.
MBT’s should fit snuggly; you don’t want to have the heel sliding up and down while you walk. So if you are in between sizes, go for the smaller size. If you feel your heel sliding, make sure to wear thick socks. For the sandals, you can adjust them so they fit your feet perfectly.
Don’t let the price scare you, even after a year of daily use, there is practically no sign of wear to the shock absorbing wedge, these shoes last! Even though these shoes were made for walking, you can certainly build up to trotting and running in them. We don’t suggest you wear them in the snow or rain.
