| The Sandals Level: easy These are my favorite summer shoes! When I’m traveling in hot weather and walking around cities like New York, Athens, and Tel Aviv, I won’t wear anything else! I’ve had several people want to buy my shoes right off my feet once they tried them on. Why? Because they are so darn comfortable. The sandals are a great way to start your MBT experience especially if you are injured or lack balance and coordination. Great for people with wide feet, narrow feet or any other unusual foot shape because the sandals are completely adjustable at all three straps. *note the brown sandals are all leather and the black sandals have a synthetic foot pad. |

| The Sport Sneakers Level: medium These definitely give you a roll for your money and are challenging for the buttocks and hamstrings. Because they tie up, there is a sense of stability in the structure of the shoe. They are good for cold or hot weather because there are leather and mesh so the air can circulate freely. |

| Casuals Level: medium The sole and the shape of the Casual styles are the same as the sneaker (described above) The Casuals are suede and have air vents to cool you off in your casual life. |

| Sport High Level: difficult Not for the faint of heart or the very unstable! These shoes are a favorite with all the Pilates trainers in the studios. Why? Because they are extra high, meaning extra roll-y and unstable. They really work your hamstrings, butt and inner thigh. The way the shoe is structured, your foot does feel very stable, even though the challenge of stabilizing is greater than the other shoes. I recommend starting with the other “regular” soles before moving up to the high sole, or cross training with the high soles and the regular soles. This style has a more narrow fit. |
