How do I make a return/exchange?
   The item will be returned and the new item will be re rung as a new sale.  
 
     
 
What is your shipping policy?
   Orders placed by 12 Noon PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days. Express shipments can be quoted for Next day, 3-day shipping. Please call us to be certain of a rush status and make a note on your order form. We will quote shipping ASAP.

We offer three shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, 3rd Day Air, Next Day Air. Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order leaves our warehouse:

Ground 5-9 business days
3 Day Air 3-4 business days
Next Day Air 1-2 business days

Alaska and Hawaii: Please add 2-4 days for shipment.

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?

How do I report damaged shipments?
