Join Ellie Herman and friends for a luxurious vacation in Piedmont, Italy at the Poppy Farm, an organic farm with a fully equipped Pilates studio nesteled in vineyards overlooking the Alps.

Daily Schedule: Morning Pilates/Walk-ilates class followed by a beautful walk through the local counrtyside, lunch, afternoon Pilates equipment class, evening Italian cooking class followed by dinner. Wednesdays and Saturdays include a trip to the market where local produce will be gathered for dinner.

Walk-ilates class begins with special releases and stretches using the foam roller, followed by Pilates Mat and standing exercises using the magic circle. Everyone will receive personal corrections.

Price: Demand for this week from both professional Pilates instructors and keen walkers will be high and we are offering this week at our usual rate of Euro 1950 per person, on a twin share basis.

I’ll be teaching a comprehensive Pilates teacher training at the Brooklyn studio this fall. You can do the whole thing or just one or two modules: Mat and Functional Anatomy, Reformer, Pilates Springboard, Cadillac and Wunda Chair.

Walk-ilates Workshop in LA September 9th: Pilates on Tour

I’ll be teaching at Pilates on Tour , y’all.

It’s going down September 8th and 9th. In addition to Walk-ilates, I’ll be teaching: Props, Wunda Chair Flow, and Advanced Mat Classes.

MBT shoes are recommended but not required for the Walk-ilates class. If you haven’t tried them yet, you are in for a treat! I can bring you a pair in your size and the style of your choosing.

There will be many fantastic teachers there and I’m proud to be a part!

I’ll be teaching at this fantastic conference in the heat of the summer. Luckily it’s held at the air conditioned Hilton. Balanced Body is sponsoring me to teach “Push Pull and Squeeze Mat Class” 7:30am Wed and Thur, Aug 8-9.

We will also have a booth with MBT shoes, so come on by and get a quick Walk-ilates intro.
